We had a workshop about networking strategies for women in academia and the discussions we had were very nice and engaging. The workshop helped me a lot to reflect on my own struggles and think about the ways in which I can deal with them.

Ich war im Vorfeld skeptisch, ob mir der Workshop etwa bringen würde, aber ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Lisa gelang es sowohl in der Gruppe als auch im Einzelgespräch eine angenehme, konstruktive Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der man gerne offen über Ängste, Ziele, aber auch persönliche Stärken redete. Lisa hat zu vielen Themen gute Beispiele von ihrem persönlichen Karriereweg gehabt und mir nützliche Tipps für die nächsten Schritte meiner eigenen Laufbahn gegeben. Man findet in Lisa eine absolut einfühlsame Gesprächspartnerin, mit der man die eigene Lebenssituation sehr gut reflektieren kann.

I attended to a great seminar presented by dr. Steinhauser on career planning and transitioning from academia to industry. The seminar was very well planned and presented, the topics were explained in a clear way and the content was very satisfactory. She is very resourceful and creates a comfortable environment for open discussion and asking questions.

The workshop was engaging, based on our needs. It was perfect that we were in a small group. This made it easier to open up and say my opinion. She has covered a lot of work-related topics but themes that are also crucial in a woman's life. Personal coaching is a big plus. It focuses on one's needs. I am looking forward to our update session in autumn.

Ich habe Frau Dr. Steinhauser auf einem Seminar in Berlin als eine sehr authentische, freundliche und absolut professionelle Person kennen lernen dürfen. Sie ist sehr ausführlich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen, hat uns sehr motiviert und uns in jeglicher Hinsicht unterstützt. Egal ob es sich um Selbsteinschätzung, die Überarbeitung der Bewerbungsunterlagen oder um strategische Fragen zu Bewerbungsgesprächen handelte... ALLES wurde in einer super netten und trotzdem professionellen Art und Weise diskutiert. Nach dem Seminar (und auch jetzt noch) war ich sehr motiviert und habe sehr hilfreichen Input bekommen, den ich nun umsetzen werde. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder auf Frau Dr. Steinhauser zurück kommen.
